中国工程院院士，教授，博士生导师，中国联通科技委主任。曾主持了中国公用数据网、计算机互联网、高速宽带网的设计、建设与经营工作，为我国信息化发展打下重要基础。主持设计、建设与运营了中国联通“多业务统一网络平台”，解决了IP网络不可控、不可管和QoS无法保证的问题；解决了在一个网络平台上可同时提供语音、数据、视频、移动数据和互联网业务等技术问题，为三网融合提供了一种可行的解决方案，是向下一代网络演进的一次大规模成功的实践。刘院士在移动互联网、物联网等领域进行了深入的研究，先后获得国家科技进步一等奖1项、部级科技进步一等奖2项和多项国家发明专利。

Her current research focuses protocols, and service of Women's Distinguished Career Award in 2021 from IEEE Vehicular Fessenden Award in 2021 from IEEE Canada, Award of Merit in 2021 from the Federation of Chinese Canadian and Sensor Networks in 2017 from IEEE Communications Society.
Zhuang is a Fellow of the IEEE, Royal Society of Canada (RSC),Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Engineering Institute President and an elected Vehicular Technology (2007-2013), an editor of IEEE Transactions (2005-2009), General Co-Chair of IEEE/CIC China (ICCC) 2021, Technical Program Committee (TPC) Chair/Co-Chair of IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference 2017 Fall and 2016 Fall, TPC Symposia Chair of Globecom 2011, and an IEEE Communications Society.
Moshe Zukerman

Moshe Zukerman is a Chair Professor of Information Engineering in the Electrical Engineering Department of City University of Hong-Kong. His research focuses on performance evaluation, resource allocation and survivable design of telecommunications networks and systems.
He received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Technion, Israel and a Ph.D. degree from UCLA in 1985. During 1986-1997 he was with Telstra Research Laboratories and during 1997-2008 with The University of Melbourne. From December 2020, he also serves as Acting Chief Information Officer of CityU. He has served on editorial boards of various journals and on technical and organizing committees of numerous conferences. He has over 350 publications in scientific journals and conference proceedings. He is a Fellow of the IEEE.

通信网络领域专家，中国科学院院士，博士生导师。长期从事通信网络理论方法研究、体系结构设计和技术应用等方面研究，主持完成多项国家和国防重点科研与工程建设项目，获国家和省部级科技进步奖多项。目前主要研究方向为卫星通信和物联网技术。中国通信学会常务理事，中国电子学会常务理事与物联网专家委员会主任委员，全国信息技术标准化技术委员会物联网分技术委员会主任委员，工业和信息化部通信科学技术委员会常委，物联网学报主编等。
Nei Kato

Nei Kato is a full professor and the Dean with Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University. He has researched on computer networking, wireless mobile communications, satellite communications, ad hoc & sensor & mesh networks, UAV networks, smart grid, AI, IoT, Big Data, and pattern recognition. He has published more than 500 papers in prestigious peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He is the Director of Magazine of IEEE Communications Society. He served as the Vice-President (Member & Global Activities) of IEEE Communications Society (2018-2021), the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Network Magazine (2015-2017), and the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (2017-2021). He is a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Communications Society and Vehicular Technology Society, a Fellow of the Engineering Academy of Japan, a Fellow of IEEE, and a Fellow of IEICE.
Dirk Kutscher

Prof. Dr. Dirk Kutscher is a professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Guangzhou, China – HKUST(GZ). Dirk's main interests lie in the intersection of distributed computing and networking and in Internet architecture. Recently, Dirk has initiated a new research direction called "Compute-First Networking" towards re-imaging the relationship of networking and computing. Dirk has held leading positions in multiple Future Internet Research projects and has recently been serving as the technical director for the Piccolo project, a new European research initiative on in-network computing. Previously he has been a professor for computer science and network at the University of Applied Sciences in Emden/Leer, Germany, the CTO for Virtual Networking and IP at Huawei's German Research Center, the Chief Researcher for Networking at NEC Laboratories Europe, and a Visiting Researcher at KDDI R&D Laboratories in Japan. He is co-chairing two Research Groups in the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF) on Information-Centric Networking (ICNRG) and on Decentralized Internet Infrastructure (DINRG). Dirk has published several IETF RFCs, books, and research publications on Internet technologies. He holds a PhD degree from Universität Bremen, Germany.

中国工程院院士，北京交通大学教授、博导、两期国家“973”计划首席科学家，首批新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，教育部创新团队带头人，IEEE 1888.2 标准工作组主席，中国电子学会常务理事，中国通信学会常务理事，北京通信学会副理事长。长期从事新型互联网体系、工业互联网、网络安全等方面的研究，提出并研制首套标识网络、智慧标识网络系统，先后获国家技术发明二等奖2项、IEEE 标准协会突出贡献奖2项、教育部技术发明一等奖2项、中国专利优秀奖2项，北京市科学技术一等奖等。在互联网领域重要学术刊物发表高质量论文多篇，授权发明专利100余项，出版了《路由器原理与技术》、《移动互联网技术》等互联网技术著作，入选首批“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”。

中国工程院信息与电子工程学部院士，现任深圳大学电子与信息工程学院院长，曾任中央电视台总工程师，曾获得国家科技进步奖一等奖1项，省部级科技进步奖突出贡献奖2项，省部级科技进步奖一等奖13项。2007年成为我国首位被亚广联ABU授予“亚太地区广播工业杰出贡献奖”的技术专家，并荣获“何梁何利科学技术创新奖”、“国家有突出贡献中青年专家”、“王选科学技术杰出人才奖”等荣誉称号。丁文华院士长期在广播电视领域从事计算机信息处理、图像处理、信息传输、云计算/边缘计算以及人工智能应用等相关领域的研究。

中国工程院院士，机载综合电子信息系统专家，现任中国电子科技集团公司首席科学家。我国预警机信息系统领域学术带头人。建立了我国预警机信息系统技术体制，突破了综合效能、空地协同两项关键技术，主持完成首型国产预警机、出口预警机及空地协同系统研制，实现了我国预警机技术跨越式发展，为我国预警机信息系统的建立和发展作出突出贡献。获国家科技进步特等奖，发明专利13项，论著 22项。具有强烈爱国心和责任感，学风严谨，爱岗敬业。获五一劳动奖章、国资委优秀党员、光华工程科技奖、CCTV创新人物。团队获国家科技部“创新团队"称号。
